Overall, Exclusive Car Service was great to work with. I will say they are not the most responsive, and did not provide much confirmation or communication for our event. However, they were punctual, and were able to get all of our guests to and from our wedding without a hitch. We were also able to contact their dispatch in order to track the shuttle throughout the evening, and they came back to the venue when requested to pick up guests who were ready to leave earlier than expected. Overall a great experience and worth the hire!
