- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is all standardize, however your home is special. We will do a free consultation and evaluate the project you are looking for at your convenience and with no pressure.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start all our relationship with a free no-nonsense in-home consultation. We do a thorough assessment of the problem the customer is looking to solve. If we have a product that will fit the needs, we show them the product and discuss pricing options and financing needs. If we are moving forward with the purchase we will schedule the next step, whether installation or a production measure right from the home with the customer directly. Our in house installation team takes the project from that point through the conclusion. You will have a personal Installation manager assigned to you throughout. At the conclusion of the work we will maintain the product for the rest of your life in the home and you will have access to our service department for any needs that arise. We at Nescor treat you like family because you are the lifeblood of our ever expanding company. We want your business and if we don't have the right solution for you we will certainly point you in the right direction to find it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our installers go through rigorous industry training and certifications, including NARI, BPI, SIA as well as maintaining all proper licensing in the states we operate in. Manufacturer trained installers and project specialist will take you from initial consultation through the last project you will ever have to do for any product we install.
