I bid on each of my projects based on the scope of work. This looks like the types of services I am providing, the usage, and the frequency of updates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I connect with a client, we start by discussing their current needs for support. That may look like payroll, standard compliance, job costing, controller services, etc. We discuss their usage and I scope out a price monthly or by the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have four years' experience in a public accounting firm working under a CPA on account records cleanups, payroll processing, financial advisory, and recurring bookkeeping work.
