Ryan was very responsive when answering our service inquiry and provided us with a significant amount of detail on our setup specifics. Our desired quest was also within our budget, which made us very pleased! On the day of our service set up, we found out that Ryan wears many hats at Boston Audio Rentals and completed our service set up. He was very polite and greeted us! Then, he provided us with his ETA and the overall duration of the setup. All in all, a great experience — Thanks, Boston Audio Rentals & Ryan, for all of your help!
