I regret to say that, after years of good service, john Mott suddenly manifested passive-aggressive behavior by not answering my phone calls. When I finally succeeded in reaching him thru this site, he told me he would not honor the certificate I purchased as part of a holiday special because he said I had postponed too many times. I'm quite certain he couldn't be bothered since he already had my money. The worst part of the call was his unmitigated rage at me and his rude abusive presentation over the phone. He was so creepy that I asked him if he was on something. He hung up when I suggested counseling. I'm actually afraid to post this because of what a person like him is known to do in our country. I would never let him in my home if I had known what he is like and that he has a serious rage problem. I would also have never given him my money ahead of time since he did not honor his part of the bargain.Dec 20, 2012
