It's Thanksgiving week, getting a little chilly, but it's a cheap time to buy trees and have them planted. I put out a call on thumbtack, and I got one response, an immediate one. I needed for small trees planted, meaning under 4 feet tall. I knew exactly how to do this project but I have a warranty on the trees I planted it planted by a professional. "I received was quite reasonable, so I scheduled the project is a go ahead. The team arrived promptly, actually a little bit early, completed the treeplanting quickly and efficiently. When they left the yard was as they had found it except four additional trees were planted, no excess dirt no damage to anything else. I also asked for additional prices on some other work I want to have done, and was pleasantly surprised at the rates. I recommend this company, they came out to work when probably other companies wanted to take the weekend off. Good price, efficient work, and professional attitude. Can't ask for more than that.

Josh took extra time to answer all my questions and did not try to upsell me. In fact, he charged me less than the original quote I had been given for weed treatment and also threw in some extra work (trimming a tree and removing a bunch of lawn debris) at no extra charge.

My request for service was answered promptly with an estimated cost. When I realized that I had incorrectly marked the size of my yard, I emailed and they again responded quickly. The week of my service was filled with rain, and they wrote us immediately when they knew they would have to slide our service. They arrived on a Sunday, first thing, and listened to what we wanted. Most importantly they delivered! So happy with our choice!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Generaly the first contact we have with a new client is a phone call. This phone call will go over what services the client needs and when the client needs it done. After determining that Green Horizons Lawn Care and Maintenance can help we will come out to the property to have a look around and provide the customer with a formal quote. We will answer any and all questions until the customer is satisfied. Then the work begins!

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    We advise a customer to look for quality as well as price. While cheap is good you get what you pay for. You want someone that is prompt and takes care of the details.
