- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generaly the first contact we have with a new client is a phone call. This phone call will go over what services the client needs and when the client needs it done. After determining that Green Horizons Lawn Care and Maintenance can help we will come out to the property to have a look around and provide the customer with a formal quote. We will answer any and all questions until the customer is satisfied. Then the work begins!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We advise a customer to look for quality as well as price. While cheap is good you get what you pay for. You want someone that is prompt and takes care of the details.
