My experience with this firm has been wonderful and I am confident yours will be the same. My agent, Shanell, was attentive, insightful and truly made the process of booking my vacation as relaxing as the trip itself. I was also really impressed by the package in which my itinerary arrived...the booklet had pertinent information to leave with family/friends at home which I thought was a nice touch. Needless to say, I found my travel agent.
