I had ordered a bouncy house for my daughter’s birthday party and arranged for the bouncy house to arrive between 2-3. The bouncy house did not arrive until after 4, which was when the party was beginning and guests were arriving. Both my daughter and I called the 1-800 number several times between 3-4 (I left a voicemail and also sent an email) but received no response. The team did not call to let me know they would be late, so we had no idea if the bouncy house was even coming, which upset my daughter right before the party. After the bouncy house was set up and the team left, we found a hole in the floor of the bouncy house. As a result, the kids (as well as a couple moms who tried it) said that the house was not as “bouncy” as it should be, and the bouncy house received minimal use. Therefore, not only did the bouncy house arrive late without any notification of a delay, but the equipment was also faulty and resulted in less enjoyment. I have been in touch with Bouncy House with my concerns through email and 3 phone calls, and I still have not heard back from the supervisor. I can understand that everyone can have a bad day, but I am frustrated that my complaints have not been addressed.

They arrived early. Set up was easy. Bouncy house was just like picture and in good condition. They came for pick up right on time. Good value.

They were great! Very professional and prompt!

They called me the morning of, and cancelled. They did offer another option which worked out, but I was running around and it took time out of preparing to find another alternative. That is he only reason I am giving them 2 stars

Called ahead of time to coordinate drop off. Very efficient and nice. Returned the next day for pick up. The kids had a great time it was a huge hit.
