I met with Brendan Moore via phone from the CGM and had a great conversation. We spoke about lots on our initial meeting. On our subsequent appointments, we've learned lots about one another. Brendan has taught me what it's meant to be punctual as well as being committed to appointments. With my schedule situated the way it is, Brendan always made time for me. He understands how life is and knows that even though you are intending to make changes in your life, things do get in the way. How is Brendan as a life coach? Brendan is very adept as a life coach. You can here the positivity within his voice and his texts. He has quite the extensive background with running a consulting firm and managing multi- million dollar corporations. So, I found that Brendan had more than adequate qualifications to be a life coach for someone. What I like about Brendan is his candor, realism and his ability to listen and see things from afar. He definitely has a great deal of experience and knows when to "reel" a person back in if they've gone off on a tangent. Brendan, is very smart individual and knows by experience what works and what is doable from listening. Would I recommend Brendan Moore as a life coach to someone else? Most certainly, I would!! However, Brendan is so good that I'm quite selfish and probably keep him for myself.

I'd recommend Brendan at Crescent Group Consulting for anyone serious about their career. I'm very happy with the results. Originally I hired a "certified life coach" who I paid for 10 hours of sessions before I figured out I was basically just paying her to be my friend. Her career advice to me was be myself, work on my emotional intelligence, and always maintain a good life/work balance. Vague, and not much help. She was a lot more interested in my personal life. Brendan cost twice as much as her per hour, but I only needed 3.5 hours, it was great advice, we had a specific plan at the end of it, and the plan seems to be working great. So I spent less money and time, and actually got value as compared to the life coach. I will give you a warning. Brendan gives it to you straight, and gets right to the point. I appreciate that kind of approach, but if you're not that kind of person, then you might find him a little blunt at first. He's also kind of funny in a dry, different way. And he was not very interested in my personal life, except how it was related to my professional goals. I wish I had hired him first, and saved the money I spent on the life coach, but lesson learned. A lower price isn't always a bargain, and I knew that before, it's just that you always think it will be okay until it isn't.
