Rome was great! He responded immediately to our inquiry, and came t our home the same day. He was able to repair the computer without difficulty. He also added some viral protections and other features that will be helpful for no extra charge. His rate was reasonable, especially considering he traveled to get here and he was here for over an hour. Rome has LOTS of personality! We recommend him highly for all your computer repair needs. I was having problems with completing some forms because my labtop was just spinning in a loop. I called Otoia and he told me to bring my lab top in so he could take a look at it. Within a couple of days, I received a text saying your labtop is ready for pickup. Now it’s working like new! Thank you Otoia for your quality work!!
