- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give multiple pet discounts and extended stay discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After speaking with them if we both feel it’s a good fit then I’ll arrange a meet and greet. This gives us the opportunity to meet in person and discuss any questions or concerns they might have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve had animals my entire life. Went to animal behavior college for dog training. I’m CPR and CPCR certified as well as 1st aid.
