My goal was to get some minimal repairs done around the house while on break. He came and exceeded my expectations. He completed the initial ask of installing my door and sanding as well as repainting a small portion of my bathroom wall. He was meticulous and took his time to get everything done right!!! Alex understands appropriate price/value/quality work. So many renovation companies don't understand or care to "read the room" when it comes to price/value. A mid-value property doesn't warrant high-value renovations. I wish there were more people who understood that installing a $3000 basement alleyway door to a 100 y.o. unfinished brick/concrete laundry-room is so overkill as to be laughable. Alex came in with appropriate numbers then quickly and efficiently installed/fixed all of the doors and casements in our home. I'll definitely have him help with additional renovations.
