Lisa Werner says, "We were somewhat skeptical about having this type of work done (foundation drainage system) after a realtor showed us a house a few years ago that had this work done (not done by 58 Foundations). The basement looked terrible because the concrete was not finished well after installation of the system and the perimeter of the floor was very uneven!The crew from 58 Foundations did excellent work throughout the project and we are very happy with the results. (The floor is smooth and finished perfectly.)During the project, the foreman offered to (and answered) all of the questions we had. The work was completed quickly (two days) and professionally.Lon (Foundation Specialist) explained the project to us in detail when he came to our house to provide the free estimate, and answered all of our questions.We especially like the warranty that covers the lifetime of the house (is transferable) and we are thrilled that our days of dealing with water in our basement are over!!Paul and Lisa W."See more
