I've had a range of experiences with contractors, and MCI distinguishes itself from many others. I am extremely happy with the work done - the cost was more than reasonable and this was a seamless process, as communication about the cost and timeline was clear and consistent. The work was started when and as promised, and the team focused on my project (they don't jump around). Great workmanship - basement rebuilt to code and attention paid to details to ensure that the job was not just done, but done WELL. After tearing down the old (very old) ceiling, Darwin noticed some issues and provided several suggestions to correct the problem instead of just moving on. Rashaad was very responsive to questions along the way and monitored the work from start to finish. The work was very neatly done and the work area was tidied up every day. Bonus: I have birds upstairs and the team took extra precautions to minimize dust exposure. Highly recommend MCI - I will be using them for my next project.
