They added a basement bedroom and bathroom, built a deck, and converted two rooms into an in‑law suite, including adding a connecting door to a shared bathroom. Felipe, the owner, was great to work with. He worked around our schedule, helped us pick out fixtures, and made the process very easy. His pricing was very fair and competitive for the amount of work that was done. The quality of the work was solid, communication was clear, and they followed through on what was discussed. This was a large project with multiple components, and everything turned out exactly as planned. I would definitely recommend them."See more

We interviewed with many companies and we didn't feel right with their estimates and the vibe we were getting from the personnel/staff until we found JR Property Restoration (they also go by JPR Construction).So to give a run down of our situation we needed some joists replaced for our deck due to wood rot, a fresh siding cleaning (they even power washed the deck as part of the cleaning), dryer vent maintenance, the front of our house's wooden Wayne's coating replaced and door frame restoration mostly wood rotting for it.Upon meeting with Ruben the project coordinator I felt a sense of relief that this was the person and company that we have been waiting for and looking for all of this time. After receiving a reasonable estimate for the work that needed to be completed, I couldn't say no to it.His team lead by Alex, were out within the week and were quick to tackle all of the concerns we had. Their finished work product was impeccable and I even recommended them to a friend within days of the project completing which they also did an amazing job with their project.I will put them on my to go list going forward and I'm recommending them to others, they have a lot of knowledge in many areas home related and it doesn't hurt to ask them (if there's something they don't have which I doubt they probably know someone in their circle that knows about it and can assist). You're not going to find jack of all trades like this so easily.Overall, I'm an extremely satisfied customer and they've left me extremely blessed to have gotten to know them."See more

He was very responsive even late at night and quickly provided an estimate that was very competitive (not super low and suspicious nor high unreasonable). He was able to come and do the work in just a couple of days and showed up right on time. He worked independently and cleaned up after he was done. Alfredo took the time to understand my needs and made sure I was satisfied with the work. After working with many contractors in the past, I was quite impressed with his professionalism and quality of work. I am now thinking what else I need to get done to hire Alfredo again!"See more
