I had a stressful morning after locking myself out of my house, and Ben from Lucky Lock absolutely saved the day. Ben arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem, and opened my door without causing any damage.
Once inside, he showed me that my old lock was worn out and could easily fail again. He offered several options, explained the pros and cons of each, and installed a new high-security lock right on the spot. He even re-keyed it to match my existing keys, so I wouldn’t need a bunch of extras.
The professionalism, transparency, and speed were impressive. I felt safe, informed, and taken care of the whole time. Truly a 5-star service from start to finish.
