Took off a star for how late they arrived - Leo called to say they would be 30-45 minutes late, then got to my house 65 minutes after the original appointment time. (Would have given 3 stars if I hadn't gotten that call.)

Leo and the folks at Home Pro Air Duct cleaning tried really hard to fix the smell in our ducts. They came out once, did their standard treatment, and the smell did not dissipate so they were kind enough to return with stronger stuff. The smell is a bit better, not totally improved, but we appreciate the effort.
