They discovered that the previous owner had allowed birds to get into the clothes dryer vent duct so they cleaned that up and repaired the vent after cleaning it out.

I would choose this company a million times over again! Although I initially called them to clean my ducts & dryer vent, two huge fire hazards were discovered during that service call. I hired them to do one & hired another specialist to handle the portion for a service that they do not provide. Needless to say, the tech was very punctual, informative, & knowledgeable. I truly appreciate the work conducted in my home & the tech ensuring any mess he made was cleaned prior to him leaving. Also, thanks for completing the job before Christmas!

I was supposed to get the deep clean special (description of what that included attached). They were here 20-30 minutes, didn’t even open any vents just used this dusting machine on the outside. I was skeptical that they didn’t do much of anything but I also don’t have knowledge of the process. I had someone from a different HVAC company come out to inspect my system and they told me there is no way I just had a cleaning. I paid $250 to have my vents left in the same condition. I was also told by the True Ducts guy that my vents were not that bad but the guy who did the inspection said they were. I will never trust this company to do anything else. And no I do not want them to come back!
