Introduction: I love helping you make a space that is functional and beautiful! I have experience organizing closets, basements, children’s rooms, playrooms, cabinets, pantries, offices, living rooms, dining rooms, garages, outdoor storage and even a barber shop storage room! I enjoy staging homes before they go on the market. I have worked with both occupied and vacant homes and offer competitive pricing for quick and simple, but strategic and thoughtful staging. I also work with furniture rental companies to help you pick out the right furniture for the spaces to be staged and am present for delivery. I am very efficient at packing and unpacking boxes for move-in or move-out. I am especially skilled at setting up kitchens after a move-in. I offer drop-off of a limited amount of donated items to Green Drop at no additional charge. I am also skilled at creating filing systems and organizing paperwork. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a call to discuss the goals and timeframe of the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have trained with two professional organizers. I also regularly study organizing methods from books, videos, articles and photos.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
After my daughter was born almost six years ago, I became interested in organizing. We were lucky to receive a lot of hand-me-downs from family and friends and that required lots of sorting and smart storage! I was privileged to work part-time with an amazing organizer and learned so much from her. I branched out to do independent work in 2020 (as things began to slowly open back up) and have never been more fulfilled! It makes me so happy to assist making homes happier places!
