    Pricing changes based on how many sessions per week my clients have. $60 for once per week, $50 for twice per week, and $40 for three times per week.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I like to first assess my clients goals, their general fitness levels, and their diet. From there I work with my clients to set a plan that works best for them to reach their health and fitness goals.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have been an ACE certified personal trainer for 4 years. I have certifications in functional training and nutrition coaching.
