Whenever my 73 year old husband would get the urge to exercise, he would always lie down until the urge passed. That is, until I introduced him to the miracle worker that is Kristoff Warsaw. Now, he actually looks forward to his once-a-week sessions with Kris.So, what makes Kris so special? In addition to being genuinely likeable, he's also whip smart, and really knows what he's talking about when it comes to training. He's also quick to correctly assess different personalities and how best to approach each individual's training needs. Thus, were he to be working with me, I know his approach would be quite different than it is with my husband; he knows when to push, and when to back off.But another fascinating aspect of Kris is just how intellectually engaged he is about anything and everything. Hence, while my husband is doing lunges, Kris is also discussing the latest book/movie/political movement/you name it/whatever that either he or my husband has recently experienced. And, in addition to being unremittingly cheerful (and funny), he truly cares about his clients.Give Kris a try: you will NOT be sorry.

Kristoff Warsaw is an excellent trainer. I am a 73 year-old cancer survivor. Kris is always cognizant of where I hurt but also of my weaknesses (left side, post stroke) that need work. He's got alternatives for every exercise. He takes you to your limit but not beyond, and you'll find your limit expanding with time. Kris is enthusiastic about what you can do and concerned about what you can't. He's definitely NOT a trainer who bullies you.Recommend without reservation.
