Kris Warsaw is literally The BEST personal trainer I've ever had (and I've had a few)! He is highly knowledgable and never stops researching what would help my body be stronger, more flexible and built to last a lifetime. In addition, Kris has personality for days, is charming, respectful, kind and gentle, all while pushing me to simply go further. In only one year, with Kris' very real help, I have lost 53 pounds, have gone from a size 14 to a size 2, and can actually see the muscle definitions in my arms, legs, belly and back! And truly it has never once ever seemed like work! I'm someone who has beaten the living daylights out of my body and live inside of fairly damaged goods, (really more of an unpredictable mine field!) So it's a relief and pure joy to be with such an expert who knows how to work around and through both the strengths and the tripping points this body of mine has. Each time I use Versed Fitness I always feel better after I complete my work out than I did before I began. Versed Fitness is an excellent value. The more times per week that you work out, the better the price! The Versed Fitness trainer is nimble and able to respond effectively to things that may come up during a session in order to get and maintain results! I didn't know where to start, I had let myself go, so I recently started working out again after an injury. Kristoff is very supportive and knowledgeable. He knows how to help me get the most from my workout even with my tendonitis. And he makes it fun. And achievable. It's amazing how small changes add up to noticeable results: inches lost, pounds lost, energy up, strength up! The convenience of him coming to me is awesome! I was Kristoff's client for roughly 4 months, meeting several times a week, and able to accommodate my schedule. He was understanding and supportive not just of my physical but mental health at a time when I needed that. I achieved many of my workout goals over that time and except for circumstances out of our control I would still be his client. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing changes based on how many sessions per week my clients have. $70 for once per week, $60 for twice per week, and $50 for three times per week.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to first assess my clients goals, their general fitness levels, and their diet. From there I work with my clients to set a plan that works best for them to reach their health and fitness goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been an ACE certified personal trainer for 2.5 years. I have certifications in functional training and nutrition coaching.
