Tremaine Shuler created boxes for my Brdal Party Proposal. She was very creative when it came to chosing what to include inside, she made them very unique to the person. She was very knowledgeable as to where to find all the products needed. I had no worries at all! Tremaine was there at my fingertips when I needed her. She was always easy to reach and prompt with answering any questions or concerns. Tremaine did an amazing job! My Bridal Party absolutely loved their boxes and felt special. I was very pleased with the services that was provided and was happy that Tremaine was able to bring my ideas to life! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with clients I like to have a phone conversation and get and idea of what the client wants. Then we will set a face to face meeting one from the phone conversation because I like to present sample to the client. I also, keep the client informed of everything that if going on.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Mostly individuals that are celebrating birthdays.
