I charge a per day rate. You get me for 12 hours for as many days as you like. Additional hours are available for an hourly rate. A one day minimum is required.

As a coordinator, you can't ask for someone with a better attention to detail. To laypeople, weddings seem arduous to organize and pull off, to theater professionals, it is just another Saturday. With Kate's assistance, I was able to have a stress free wedding day as she handled everything from making sure I was awake on time, to making sure I made it to the after party at the hotel.
