At pAIrmatic, we don’t just give your child “more math.” We start by finding the exact skill that’s tripping them up - often an earlier building block like fractions or integers that quietly holds back their current work - and then a tutor works one-on-one to close that specific gap. Most tutoring repeats whatever the student is stuck on this week. We ask a different question first: what’s the real reason this isn’t clicking? A short diagnostic check pinpoints it, so every session targets what actually moves the needle instead of covering ground the student already knows. We work with grades 4 through 8, meet each child where they are, and push them 1-2 grades ahead once they’re ready - progress earned by skill, not age. You’ll get a clear picture of where your child stands and a simple way to see them improving. Start with a free check-in and see exactly where your child is before you commit to anything.See more

My academic concentration is Black Studies. For three years as a college professor at Tri-C Community College Adult education I have been teaching the Underground Railroad and the Slave Bible. Up-coming courses will cover the topics of local Black History in northeast, Ohio and Black inventors. Students will have the luxury of receiving historical accounts unattainable in the traditional school setting. Materials used are rare historical reference books, historical manuscripts, letters, diaries, and newsletters extracted and organized from local historical archives. This is not just a course to memorize dates and historical events. Students will obtain critical thinking and analytical skills necessary for character development and discernment. This course is ideal for students entering the fields of community engagement, social work, education, archeology, journalism, and law.See more
