Introduction: Welcome to Blaze Culinary LLC! Operated by passion, driven by creativity and curiosity. We are not your average Chefs who show up and cook. We we are full of life and add a little spice to your event experience! We are a team of highly trained professional Chefs who specialize in crafting some of the most luxurious and delicious flavor notes your palette could ask for! We do have a professional Bar Tender who knows her Craft! You eat with your eyes first! We build our menus and craft every single meal from scratch. We do have great dessert vendors for large desserts such as cakes and large quantity orders. We also have vendors for rentals and set up. We specialize in private dinners, wedding and events, as well as corporate gatherings. See our reviews! We are certified International Food Managers by the NRFSP. We are insured through Progressive/ Liberty Mutual. **WE TRAVEL** Traveling out of state includes travel fees such as airfare, or by vehicle commute we will calculate the miles needed by distance and market prices. A 50% deposit of the full cost is needed along with scheduling at a minimum of 1-2 months in advance. We will also scan the state requirements if there are any to proceed in good faith.
