Blaze Culinary LLC has partnered with Philanthropists and helped raise over $100,000 dollars to help children in need. Let’s bring the fun out of cooking! It’s all about doing what you love and loving what you do. I learned from only the best Chefs in the industry. I’ve been cooking my entire life. I found my way in the industry working as a line cook, storming my way up and becoming a Chef for the Sagamore Pendry Hotel’s Rec Pier Chop House. The RPCH is my home, I love those guys. I learned so much including cultures of food such as, Italian, French, Traditional American, Indian cuisine and more! Cleanliness is key. I am a servsafe certified food service Manager. Food is fun, food is life, it’s something I’m very passionate about. My quality of service is key. I wet-stone my knives and I don’t cut my fingers. I bring passion, precision, professionalism, on time service with an unforgettable experience you’ll never forget. I can’t wait to see where this goes!
