I started training with Svet a couple of months ago and love it! He is pushes me just enough to get me to keep going without overdoing it. I usually give up pretty quickly and I was surprised with my progress. I was not only looking to get my self back into shape, but I also wanted to change my eating habits. I always struggled with random cravings and always gave in. He was able to help me with adjusting my diet and nutrition, providing information on different supplements and meal plans to keep me on track. Always a bonus!! Another thing I really liked was that we could either train at the gym at the community center or at my townhouse. They will really go where you want to go. Svet and his trainers know what they are doing and know a lot of great exercises, and you can tell that they love what they do! All in all I'm definitely giving a 5 out 5 and would highly recommend this team.
I highly recommend Elin, he is very professional and ethical in his dealings. Trainers are very knowledgeable and responsive as well. Elin and his trainers go out of their way to accomodate you and your needs. They got me to a good point in my health so I wish them the best in their endeavors!
Chris is awesome. He has gone out of his way to accommodate my ridiculous schedule as a single parent. He personalizes each workout, as well as a nutrition plan, and follows up to make sure it's something you are able to stick with. I have never worked with a personal trainer before, and I'm probably not the easiest client, but Chris is approachable and friendly and he actually listens. Signing up for a personal trainer was daunting to me, because I thought someone was going to bark orders at me, but Chris is the exact opposite. I appreciate his calm demeanor, and he is able to push me further in my workouts without treating me like an Army recruit. That might work for some people, but it definitely would've prevented me from coming back. I planned on learning just a few techniques to apply at home, and only intended on working with Chris for a week, but his level of motivation has made me change my mind, and I'm working with him once a week now to stay on task with my goals. Highly recommend him, and if the other trainers at Jones4Fitness are anything like him, don't hesitate to give them a chance.
Robert was great! I've had personal trainers before but he's the only one that did a real assessment ahead of working out. This way he was able to tell me very specifically where I'd need to put in the most work to reach my goals. His rates are highly competitive and he worked with my tight schedule to find the best time for me. He's also a really friendly, nice guy. You'll enjoy (at least as much as you can enjoy getting your butt kicked) working with him or his trainers. It's a family owned company so they have a vested interest in excellent customer service.
I have trained with several different people prior to working with Shawn, and I can honestly say that Shawn is one of the best trainers out there! He is attentive, motivating, knowledgeable and makes me feel completely comfortable. He pushes me to do my best and to do things that I didn't think that I could do! Shawn is also great with keeping communication open, something that some trainers lack. I would highly recommend Shawn to anyone who is looking for a trainer and a great workout!
Very professional. I especially appreciate the time they take to explain the exercises, and how they should or shouldn't be feeling while doing them. It's good to know that trainers care about your form while doing movements so you get the best from your workout while not injuring yourself.
I have been working out with Cornelius for about 2.5 years. His workouts are challenging and he pushes you. He is also flexible with scheduling. After shopping around he was one of most reasonably priced trainers in the area and he is worth it!
I recommend Jenise 100%. She is a pro and you feel like your money is well spent because she is serious about her job and has the exercise routine all figure out before the session starts. she does not improvise and I can tell she has good experience which, for me, means I can trust her judgment on exercise choices. I appreciate that she is always on time and will tell (and show you) when you are making some mistakes with the exercise (some trainers don´t do this! so for me this a huge plus). I take 2 classes a week because of schedule possibilities but I think that, if you can afford it, 3 is the ideal number.
I have been working out with Gary for almost 3 years. I was in average shape when I started and since then he has helped me achieve a number of goals. He knows just how hard to push to get the most out of you. He is also full of great advice on nutrition. I've worked with several trainers over the years and Gary is by far the best.

I have trained with Emmanuel for the past 2 years. I cycled through a number of trainers before training with Emmanuel. He is college educated, professional, and respectful of my time. He caters his workouts to your individual needs and adjusts exercises based on aliments or preferences. He has a good sense of humor and is pleasant to be around. I would recommend Emmanuel Kargbo to anyone looking for a good consistent trainer. He is a former football player and sprinter, so he is perfect for ex-athletes.
There is so much to say about Let's Go Fitness gym. It's clean, professional, with experienced trainers. It really feels like a family. Omg, my personal trainer Stacy is the BEST!! She motivates, encourages and is my biggest fan. She is one tough cookie when it comes to whipping you into shape but is always pleasant.
More than being proud of working out with Coach Gee. I lost 7 pounds and 11 inches in my first 10 days! I like the nutrition plan and I really enjoy with my work out schedule. She truly inspired me to work hard, with dedication and not giving up in any second ! Coach Gee: best trainer I've never had!
Overwhelmed with the training experience, I usually train by myself but having a trainer made me realize all that I been missing and different techniques end exercises that I've never done, therefore having a more complete workout

I can’t say enough good things about Julian! We definitely hit the jackpot with him and in a very short time, he’s become a great trainer, mentor and role model for my 15 year old son who has wanted to increase his strength/stamina while working on his soccer skills. Julian very quickly responded to my search for a personal trainer and was incredibly professional during our introductory call. It was evident that his knowledge of /experience with soccer as a player and coach would be a good match for my son. He also shared his philosophy about strength training with kids, specifically how he seeks to understand what motivates and is important to them, so he could then weave in his expertise which ultimately would result in a truly customized program to help accomplish their goals. He was eager to “meet” my son and scheduled some time to speak with him personally over the phone and get to know him. I was impressed at how he was able to get from a 15-year old boy, what his fitness goals were! In less than a week of my initial inquiry, my son was training in the gym with Julian and has absolutely loved every session with him. Julian maximizes every second during each workout and even encourages kids to come in early to get warmed up (so really, while you pay for a 60-minute session, you get 70-75 minutes!) My son has already noticed physical changes, but beyond that, his sense of confidence, focus, and dedication has increased tremendously. Julian provides encouragement inside and outside the gym by keeping tabs on my son and checking in on how he’s doing. Even when my son tried out for another soccer team, Julian gave him sound advice throughout the process, acted as a sounding board, and alleviated any anxiety he had. Niki is absolutely amazing as a trainer! She's firm but also reassuring and motivating. She's extremely knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition and is very accommodating when it comes to what I am comfortable with. It has only been one week since I've been working with her and I am already seeing results. Don't even think twice about booking Niki if you are looking for a challenging yet effective personal trainer.
George is an awesome trainer to work with. He is very patient, kind and has helped me lose 24 lbs to date.
Experience was great. Intense training but it goes according to your level. Trainers do well pushing clients to their full potential. Great results. A lot of cardio so be prepared to build up your endurance. Fun atmosphere also.
