Gael was easy to communicate with! She understood our decoration needs and delivered as discussed. The kids loved the ceiling balloons!Dec 12, 2016Verified
She's the best anyone ask for. She was patience with all the kids with facepainting and balloon sculpturing. She went above and beyond with what we asked and paid for. She stayed longer than expected. The kids love her work. She was on time with everything. She was God sent for my son's first birthday and she made it a memorable one. Dont think twice hire her because her work is pure quality. I will definitely use her again.May 29, 2017Verified
Hoppergrass was so professional and so friendly and had such great ideas. Her work made me smile and I would hire her again and recommend her to anyone who's looking for a great display of balloons. She also knows sign language so that's a plus for deaf and hearing impaired customers.Dec 25, 2016Verified
Gael was so friendly and professional. The kids loved her. She did an amazing job on the face painting and balloons. We may need to consider having more than 1 artist at our next event because 1 person has trouble keeping up with the demand of so many kids. The wait time was a bit long but was in no way a reflection of the artist.Sep 19, 2016Verified
Hoppergrass did a fantastic job of painting a bunch of beautiful faces graced our 200 ppls picnic. When visitors slowed down, she went and made a bunch of balloon animals for all the kids! Couldn't have been happier and super high recommend for your event!Jul 25, 2016Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My prices are negotiable, I build the cost on what is being needed, and what your budget can afford. I'm more interested in the outcome, how the customer feels, did I meet their expectations, and are they pleased with the outcome of my work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Once I have been hired, I take the time to get to know you and build a relationship with you so I know exactly what your looking for. I'm here for you. We connect through phone calls, and emails, and I share more of my work with them. I ask what are they wanting from the event, I go the extra to make sure you have what you need and I'm there 45 mins early to be sure I'm set up and ready to go. I spend a lot of time making your event personal, and enjoyable. I ask lots of questions, based on the event. I'm very professional, and my work is the same
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? Most of my what I have learned is through videos, classes, observing other face painters, going to conferences/conventions, and attending workshops. In addition, doing charity events, and practicing a lot has helped me.
