FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are negotiable, I build the cost on what is being needed, and what your budget can afford. I'm more interested in the outcome, how the customer feels, did I meet their expectations, and are they pleased with the outcome of my work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I have been hired, I take the time to get to know you and build a relationship with you so I know exactly what your looking for. I'm here for you. We connect through phone calls, and emails, and I share more of my work with them. I ask what are they wanting from the event, I go the extra to make sure you have what you need and I'm there 45 mins early to be sure I'm set up and ready to go. I spend a lot of time making your event personal, and enjoyable. I ask lots of questions, based on the event. I'm very professional, and my work is the same
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my what I have learned is through videos, classes, observing other face painters, going to conferences/conventions, and attending workshops. In addition, doing charity events, and practicing a lot has helped me.
