- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounted rates for virtual consultations for unlimited number of rooms. For onsite staging projects, I would stage your bathroom for free (not including cleaning costs :)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For the first hour, we will discuss (virtually) your overall goal for your project. Then we will talk indepth about each room in terms of color, storage, cleaning and decor options. For onsite engagements, we will discuss contractual obligations such as security deposits and payment plans.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love to decorate and there's hardly a vase I wouldn't take a second look at. I would volunteer to be in charge of decor for office events and realized I really have an innate desire for decor. At the urging of friends, I am parlaying my desire for decor into home staging.
