FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is flexible to the customers/dogs needs. Happy to discuss a fair deal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a good understanding of the needs of the customers and the dog(s). Then I like to schedule a meet-and-greet with the customer and their pet to dive in further about what is expected and how I can support their pet while the owner is away. I prioritize ensuring communication is seamless and that the customer leaves detailed notes.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've owned dogs (and many other pets) my whole life, so that naturally taught me pet care. When I was 12 years old, I started to house sit for my neighbors, which included walking/feeding their dogs, feeding their cats, replacing litterboxes, feeding their fish, watering plants, etc. I found it fulfilling to help my neighbors out and make money, so it carried over into my adult life as I continued to make extra money outside of my full-time jobs.
