- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing structure is comparable to what is typical for other local professional, reputable companies in the DMV/ Baltimore area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to the customer and find out exactly what their issues are. Then I assess the problem and determine the best route for repair. Lastly I convey this to the client and obtain their consent for the repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
B.S. degree in Information Technology, many current industry certifications, 18 years of experience.
