Gary is awesome! He has done a great job introducing this inexperienced and slightly intimidated gym newbie to personal training and has really motivated me to make a lot of healthy changes to my lifestyle, both in how I work out at the gym and what I do and how I eat outside of the gym. He's patient, knowledgeable, and punctual, and does a great job of not just showing you what to do, but also explaining why that's how it's done. All-in-all, a great trainer!
Working with Corey has been the best investment in myself I have made!! Not only is Corey is professional and easy to work with but she is knowledgeable and very compassionate. If Dimitar weren't such an awesome physical trainer, I have no doubt he'd be a motivational speaker or life coach. Working out with Dimitar is never dull, because he's constantly switching up your routine, and exposing you to new things. I see a bunch of trainers working with other people, and I can honestly say none of them are as great and encouraging as Dimitar. While those other guys are just counting off reps, Dimitar is putting in work WITH you. He'll run alongside you, get down and join you for burpees (while talking, no problem), and somehow keep you going till the end of your session. Whether or not you have the strength to walk home afterwards, is on you.

I worked out with Soup for a few months and then moved elsewhere and I wish that there was a Soup here! He is hands down on of the best trainers that I have worked with. As a former collegiate athlete, I have had a lot of trainers in my life and I can say that Soup has been the best. He not only managed what workouts that I would do, he managed my eating habits and how to get me back on track. He is very motivating and fun! He really cares about you personally and if anything is affecting you, he is the first one to ask. He focuses on what you want to change about your body and makes it a priority to help you. Soup isn't only focused on you when you are in your sessions, he follows up and holds you accountable outside the workout.
Niki is absolutely amazing as a trainer! She's firm but also reassuring and motivating. She's extremely knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition and is very accommodating when it comes to what I am comfortable with. It has only been one week since I've been working with her and I am already seeing results. Don't even think twice about booking Niki if you are looking for a challenging yet effective personal trainer.
Justin has been my Personal Trainer since October of 2016. We have averaged 2 sessions a week over this period. In my late 30's, as a new dad, I decided it was time to reclaim my fitness. Justin has helped me do it in ways I never expected. Improving my posture and "curving" in all my lifting movements has allowed me to increase strength while reducing recovery time. I no longer have the back pains that were a constant for five years prior. Justin has a unique ability to push me beyond my mental limits- stretch my own tolerance for discomfort. When I am traveling and working out a hotel gyms, I find it much easier to put together a routine with limited resources. Additionally, I find myself pushing harder than I can remember without any prompting. I wasn't looking for a quick fix, although I'm sure Justin could facilitate some impressive 1-2 month results. I wanted a guide to safely increasing strength, building routine, and instilling discipline in my exercise.
I can't begin to describe how great Rachaad Is. You will see results and you won't be disappointed. But the awesome part is - he keeps you motivated. He believes in you when you don't think you can and he let's you know it. He just doesn't give up on you. And his optimistic attitude helps keep you focused on the goal. After three months, I have upper body strength for the first time in my life (I have never been able to do push-ups before now). He listens to you when you tell him something doesn't feel right, hurts, or is straining; and he changes the game plan while still achieving the end goal. Incredible trainer.
My experience with Take Flight has been nothing short of amazing. In a world full of unaffordable and overpriced workout programs and meal plans, Take Flight makes it easy to achieve your fitness goals for a more than reasonable price and much more personal experience. I signed up for the 12 week program and went from a size 12 down to a size 6 and lost a total of 50lbs. My meal plan was was easy to follow and never left me hungry. My workouts were personalized to target my problem areas and really have given me a shape I've never been able to achieve doing it on my own. Paul Williams is a motivating and understanding coach who truly cares about his clients and wants you to succeed just as much as you do. Even though I'm an "at home" client, I was still able to stick to the program with Paul's encouragement and support. You will not be disappointed working with Take Flight and Paul Williams!

I've been training with Nate several times a week for over 5 years, and I couldn't be more pleased with my progress, fitness level (strength, duration, flexibility), and the ongoing challenge and diversity of workouts -- they're never boring and incorporate strength, stability and core, time under tension, and functional training for every part of my body. In addition, Nate's a nice guy with a great sense of humor, so the workouts are tough but enjoyable. After his initial assessment, he continued to take the time to get know me individually and has a vested interest in my health, well being, strengths, and weaknesses (he enjoys identifying and having me work on my weaknesses!). Nate works hard with each of his clients and he customizes each workout for their individual needs and goals. In the 5+ years I've trained with him, Nate has never been late or missed a workout -- even in snowstorms! When I need to change a training appointment, Nate works very hard to find a time that is mutually beneficial. Finding the right personal trainer that had the proper knowledge, experience, equipment, interpersonal skills, and motivation to align with mine was tough; and I couldn't be happier to have found Nate. My investment in training with him has been more than worth it: I'm in great physical shape, my doctor asks if I've found the fountain of youth, and I've made a good friend in the process.
