- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Of course! Editing is as much about knowing the technology as creating art; so I maintain proficiency in all the relevant platforms (Final Cut Pro, FCP X, Premiere and to a lesser extent Avid) for either client preference or project advantage.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love the medium of film and television to tell a story. The editor helps to do essentially the final version of that story, the final product that everyone sees; and I love that responsibility.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Recently did a piece spotlighting the history and social importance of an inner-city, formerly segregated YMCA. After being owned by MBNA for over a decade, they wished to return to a youth and community oriented establishment; and I'm proud my video could be a centerpiece in their fundraising campaign.
