Working with Stefanie has been a life-changing experience. I say this because I thought we were working on my personal things, but what I walked away with has influenced my professional life as well. Working with her has helped me view everything about my life in a new light. I'm changing trajectory in my business as a direct result of working with her. I feel like she shined a light on me, and I didn't even realized it was dark. I knew that I was floundering a bit and my various life changes had hit me hard (major career change, moving, 4th baby), but I didn't realize how hard. I was practically on the verge of a full blown panic attack in a hospital cafeteria when Stefanie grabbed my hands and basically stopped the attack in its tracks. I have NEVER had that instant calming and de-escalation of my symptoms before that time. While she works better in person, even her taking me through breathing techniques over the phone helps quiet my brain...I have ADHD so quieting my brain takes effort. I appreciate her and it is time well spent.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to give an additional 10% off per session/package to active military & their immediate families. Please let me know if you would like to take advantage of this during your consultation. I have packages for hypnosis and hypno-coaching designed to not only establish what are your best steps to change and to give you resources that might be currently missing for you in order to have that outcome you want to achieve. Also, I can plan custom packages. Individual session pricing IS available too. Plus… you can add Reiki to support any session for an additional fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I really like to encourage all new clients to schedule a FREE consultation. This give you a chance to talk through any issues and concerns you might have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Transformational Psychology and have completed over five hundred hours of coursework in the practice of life coaching, stress management and spiritual coaching. I also studied social work at University of Maryland University College and graduated from the Baltimore School of Massage. I'm board certified by American Council of Hypnotic Examiners, The International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association and the National Association of Transpersonal Hypnotherapists. And I am certified in Advanced Life Coaching, Practical Mysticism, Spiritual Coaching, Polarity, Reiki Master Teaching, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
