- What types of customers have you worked with?The majority of my work is related to working towards teaching my clients a healthy way of living with respect to their fitness level. How to eat better to fuel the body, to train with weights and motivate them to gain strength and shape in their bodies to protect them way into their elderly years. Not only to look healthy but to be healthy with recommendations on healthy eating and what to eat as well as foods that fuel the metabolism and act as natural sources to rid the body of excess fluids due to water retention and fat due to the balance of eating the right amount of protein, carbs, and fats to accomplish this task.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?When hiring a personal trainer, make sure they can help you not only in the area of strength training, but can prescribe meal plans and nutrition into your program. That is an area most gym trainers not only do not follow themselves but are not knowledgeable in that area enough to help you. Ask them if they can make meal plans for you to follow given your activity level and goals. If they stumble on this question move on. Nutrition and meal plans are 80- 90% of results. Nutrition, Strength training and cardio get you results. No short cuts on any subject matter if you hire someone to assist you. Do they walk the walk and eat like a champion?
