Don Masterson revamped, reviewed and edited my resume. Within in a short time, his work has proven extremely valuable . My objective was to move into a different career field. I wasn't sure how to go about changing my resume to reflect how my skills would relate to the new career. Once Don worked his magic, I submitted my "new" resume to three job applications and received immediate feedback from two interested parties who wanted to schedule phone interviews. Don crafted my updated resume by first asking questions that uncovered my talents, skills and competencies. I was able to add the newly discovered skills as they applied directly to the tasks and qualifications for the positions in the new field I've been trying to break into. When I was looking online for someone to help me with my resume my biggest concerns were the cost and the quality of resume. Laurie has edited many of my documents over the past 20 + years. She is professional, talented, creative, and has an excellent eye for detail. She has provided substantive copyediting and proof-reading for many of my published articles and professional papers. She also developed and regularly updates my PowerPoint presentations and hand-outs, that I use at conferences throughout the US and Europe, often adding Excel charts, or suggesting diagrams and exhibits, to more clearly describe a concept.
