- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free estimates with on site visit to assess the project space and understand our customer's needs and goals for their project. Reach out to schedule yours. Permit plans and application are complimentary to our customers. *Permit fees and engineer sign and seal costs are not included.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The visit for a site inspection and a conversation to understand your plans is the first step in the process - and it is free of charge. You will receive your estimate in a few days after the visit with all your project details and scope of work. When building your project with us, we provide you with everything you need to make it worry free - permit and HOA drawings, application, follow up, material, construction and clean up. We want to make your project the best and the easiest as possible for you.
