- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are appropriate to the reality of our region. We work by providing our clients with quality equipment and materials, we have extensive experience in this field, we are an insured company against accidents during the execution of our services, we offer environmentally friendly materials if the client chooses to use them, and we are a company that covers all its business costs, operating expenses, and taxes. In addition to contributing to the health of your environments, we contribute to the development of our society.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to understand the real needs and conditions of the locations that require our services so that we can provide a realistic quote. Therefore, we offer the opportunity for a free, no-obligation visit for a presentation and to determine the cost of the service to be performed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We were partners in another company for a long time, which allowed us to gain a lot of experience in environments where the needs and conditions were extreme, in bathrooms and kitchens that had long needed a thorough cleaning and disinfection. We believe that during that period, we performed more than 1300 cleanings, both in small houses and in large properties in urban and rural areas.
