Our pricing is fair and based on the size of the job, the condition of the space, and the services requested. We are transparent with our estimates so customers know exactly what to expect. We are happy to provide free estimates, and we may offer discounts for recurring services or multiple services booked together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we speak with the customer to understand their needs and the type of service they are looking for. In many cases we schedule a quick visit or ask for photos so we can provide an accurate estimate. Once the customer approves the quote, we schedule a convenient time to complete the job and make sure everything is done to their satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands-on experience and training in professional cleaning techniques, including house cleaning, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, and power washing. We focus on using the proper equipment and safe cleaning methods to deliver high-quality results while protecting the property.
