We called them in for a persistent bad smell in one of our bathrooms. They were very polite and prompt, but charged $500, did not fix the issue, and indicated that it would be a further charge to do anything more when I reached out afterward, to let them know. Meanwhile, one of our neighbors swung by and figured out what the problem was, went to Home Depot with us to buy a replacement wax seal that was the correct size, and we fixed it ourselves. It looked like there was half of a broken seal left in the pipes, as unfortunately these folks did not replace it when they removed the toilet initially, even though it was both the wrong size and broken. They also didn’t regrout the toilet after taking it up, which we had to do ourselves.
