This review may be many many months late, but the tardiness is by no means a reflection of the outstanding work that Kay did for my summer party. She was a ray of efficient calm in the middle of a chaotic scene. And she performed flawlessly under pressure! She was calm, cool, collected, patient, efficient and did a fantastic job! Her balloon mark was the highlight of the decor, so much so that the party girl decided to keep it for over a week after the event! So yes, Kay is AWESOME and does AWESOME WORK!

I am so happy that I decided to check out Thumbtack for this service - Kay was so responsive, patient and helpful in helping us decide the best balloon decorative option for a baby shower. I found a random picture online and sent it to her and she was able to recreate it perfectly (with our color scheme) when the other two vendors I reached out to were not and kept trying to upsell. I will for sure be reaching out to Kay if we need this service again. Five stars all the way around!! ⭐️

Kay was amazing to work with and she did a fabulous job with my daughter’s baby shower! From the hot air balloon theme she created a darling focal point and wonderful table centerpieces! She is very creative and her communication was excellent. Several people at the shower wanted her contact info as they were very impressed.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are designed to be budget friendly, we have something for everyone no matter the budget you have. We understand that you may want it all believe me we do too we want to offer it all but at a mutual understanding that both parties are comfortable with.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a client reaches out we send out a simple questionnaire that requires intricate and important details for your event then we send you a quote. Your quote is good for two days. And in that quote you will also be informed on how to book and what is required to book.We hope this helps 😊
