Im planning my son graduation party and I was looking for balloons party decoration service with additional decoration with my own personalized banner. She told me she is not doing DIY project. Oh well! If she think this is DIY project she shouldn't be in this business because everyone can blow up a piece balloons :)

I hired this company to provide a balloon arch for my nieces graduation party. The decorations/balloon arch fell apart within 2 hours - before the party even started. I notified Joo shortly after I noticed the defects. However, she made no attempt to return to the venue and rectify the situation. She stated that she would refund my money. However, the refund would not occur for 90 days. When I told her that 90 days was an excessive and unreasonable timeframe, she did not return my messages. I still haven’t received a refund. I paid $450 for decorations that didn’t even hold up before my guests arrived. I’d never recommend this company! Hopefully, this review will help the next person trying to find a trustworthy company.
