I hired Fred for general home inspection and radon testing services. The house (townhouse condo) was relatively new, which is why he took a shorter time - I would say close to 1.5 hours. Fred was very professional, on-time, his reports were timely and overall he did a good job. However, I would not say that he went above and beyond in his inspection. One way that Fred could improve, the inspection should focus on the buyers perspective - being a first time home buyer I was very nervous about buying a home that had potential problems, unfortunately the home inspection did not leave me reassured.
Ben was very thorough and checked everything room by room. He examined and explained the all the systems and circuits which truly helped me understand what I am buying within the condo. He was easy to work with and adjusted the start time to accommodate my schedule. He writes a thorough report and responds reliably to questions.
After being unhappy with our former property management company for our townhouse in Sterling, Virginia, my wife and I started to search online for other options. With the above in mind, we feel blessed that we stumbled across Edward and his company and would absolutely recommend Mars Hill Realty to any prospective clients.
We were a bit hesitant about listing our property/condo with a management company but we're so relieved we did! Initially, we thought we could do it ourselves on a military website but there was way too much involved (including time) & numerous frustrations so we did some research & selected Real Property Management Pros based on their reviews & favorable feedback from other customers. Noreen is our listing agent/manager & has been amazing to work with. During our first face-to-face meeting she explained the entire process in detail & took time to review each document with us. She has years of experience as a real estate agent & is a landlord herself so she offers life experiences as well & that certainly helped us make the final decision in hiring Real Property Management Pros. That was back in Sept/Oct 2016 & a great tenant was secured in Nov 2016 so the timing worked our perfect. Noreen was hoping to get a tenant in before the Holidays & she delivered! Monthly rental checks are now automatically deposited into our bank account timely & we can relax knowing our property is being managed from miles away. The company also ensures the tenant is happy which offers a very positive experience for all parties involved!
Atlas Lane has managed couple of my properties for me in Noe Valley and my experience has been very good. I was able to discover good renters and the service providers for any repairs were quick to respond and fairly priced. Atlas Lane are on another level compared to othet property management companies. I came into contact with Three Pillars from a co-worker. Because of work, I had to rent my townhome out for 18 homes. It was vacant for less than 2 weeks before a tenant was moving in. I never had any issues with my service. Towards the end of my service with this company, they began using an app that I could login and see details of my properties. They don't charge for inspections throughout the year. The price is unbeatable. I recommend them to anyone I know going PCS or TDY- as I didn't have to worry about my home while away. 5 stars from me.
