K&K did an excellent job installing out lights and tan. They came back twice due to a problem with the wiring at the switch. I would highly recommend them to install any light or fan.

K&K Electric did an excellent job running the electricity from my home to my outdoor pavilion. They also did a great job installing a ceiling fan and light switch! I love how responsive they were and they have great communication skills. I’ll definitely use them again for future projects!

K&K sent a technician the next day. He came in, examined my problem with the GFCI outlet, made some quick guesses as to what reason could be (it was not trivial), and based on that we realized what the problem is (another Gcfi tripped in backyard). Fixed it within the hour, this could have easily taken 2-3 hours with others who may have tried to prolong diagnosis. Will call them again. Easy decision.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates are currently on the base of the DMA area rates in general for Electrical Contractors. We normally check rates up and down every 6 months making sure we don't overload the customer with our rates. First, our rate for a service call is $135-$145 per hour depending on the service, and our rate for an In-house estimate will be $125. Also, keep in mind each of our services will have different prices depending on the scope of work
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact the customer by any way possible, email, text messages, whatsapp, facebook, phone call. we request all details possible and picture from the task that we have to do, and thats where we make our budget for work and good prices for our customer, working close with them in their projects,
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Master Electrician MD, VA, DC, WV, DE, PA Nicet Level 5 Master HVAC in MD, VA, DC, Electrical Engineer degree
