K&K Electric did an amazing job helping restore power to my dryer. The dryer had blown a fuse, but the issue turned out to be a bigger one with the wiring for the dryer itself. K&K did an amazing job of investigating the issue and thoroughly explaining to me what happened in the first place. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

I cannot express how satisfied I am with K&K Electric. I started a project that should have been simple but kept running into roadblocks. So finally at 1 AM I surrendered and turned to Thumbtack. By the time I woke the next morning, I had a quote and messaged with a professional from K&K. They verified my diagnoses of the problem after I sent photos, asked the right questions to be sure they would have what was needed to perform repair, and then scheduled someone to come out that day. Communication was easy, the tech showed up on time, fixed the problem, cleaned up and left swiftly. It was a dream come true! I had a small project this time, but based on this experience I would use them for larger projects too.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates are currently on the base of the DMA area rates in general for Electrical Contractors. We normally check rates up and down every 6 months making sure we don't overload the customer with our rates. First, our rate for a service call is $135-$145 per hour depending on the service, and our rate for an In-house estimate will be $125. Also, keep in mind each of our services will have different prices depending on the scope of work
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact the customer by any way possible, email, text messages, whatsapp, facebook, phone call. we request all details possible and picture from the task that we have to do, and thats where we make our budget for work and good prices for our customer, working close with them in their projects,
