Alex was prompt to respond to the inquiry and come out for an estimate immediately, which I appreciated. He provided an estimate and we scheduled the work. I ordered the doors and was prepared for the installation. However, the day before he asked to reschedule from Friday to Monday because his family came to visit. No problem, I moved my schedule around and I agreed. Then, the morning of the rescheduled appointment, he texts to say he has car trouble and advised a mechanic was en route so he could still do the installation. I asked him to keep me posted. No reply. I called twice. Nothing. I went ahead and found another person to complete the work. I paid more, but at least it got done. He’s a nice guy, but the communication was lacking. If you don’t want to do the job, then say that so I’m not sitting around wasting my time. I shouldn’t have to chase you down.
