Luis at Lace Construction came for an inspection over the weekend and scheduled work for the following week. His team handled guest bath mold, recessed lights, laundry leak, drywall, and master bedroom repairs/paint. They were punctual, professional, knowledgeable, thorough at a fair price. I'm very satisfied. Great work from start to finish, highly recommend.

Luis and kelvin were fantastic to work with. They had tried doing the wood paneling with a previous contractor and were left with a horrible job. Luis and Kelvin took the old panels off and did a completely new job perfectly. Luis was especially helpful in discussing expectations and recommending design choices that left the finished result even better than expected. Highly recommend him!

Working with Luis and his crew was such a positive experience. He was able to see exactly what I was trying to accomplish in updating the front and back of my home. The guys removed so much rotten wood, that I didn't even know was there. Luis made suggestions for what products to use that would last longer. He never pressured me into using what he suggested, just allowed me to think about it and make my own decisions. He will definitely be my go to contractor when I am ready to build out my basement. My house looks fantastic, and I know that it was done right, is high quality, and will hold up very well over time. I highly recommend Lace Construction. A+++++ work and work ethic!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When Lace Construction LLC provides an estimate, it details the exact work to be performed, the price (including materials and labor), and the payment method and schedule. If the client requests any changes or modifications, a new quote is prepared.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To ensure the success of our collaboration, our standard process is divided into four stages:
Reception and Discovery (Kick-off): We schedule a call to set up an appointment with the client.
Analysis and Action Plan: We visit the site to assess the work and discuss the project with the client. We listen to their ideas and—drawing on our 25 years of industry experience—offer our own suggestions. Once the client has a clear vision of how the project will be executed and the final outcome, we prepare an estimate based on the desired materials. A formal job proposal is then sent to the client within 2 to 3 days.
Execution and Deliverables: We carry out the agreed-upon work, maintaining constant, open communication so you can track the project's progress.
Follow-up and Results: Upon completion, we present the project to the client. Ensuring everything meets their expectations and fulfills their vision, we take pride in having helped bring their dream to life and in leaving behind a satisfied customer.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed higher education studies in engineering. However, my greatest qualification is practical, backed by 25 years of experience working directly in the construction sector.
