Working with Luis and his crew was such a positive experience. He was able to see exactly what I was trying to accomplish in updating the front and back of my home. The guys removed so much rotten wood, that I didn't even know was there. Luis made suggestions for what products to use that would last longer. He never pressured me into using what he suggested, just allowed me to think about it and make my own decisions. He will definitely be my go to contractor when I am ready to build out my basement. My house looks fantastic, and I know that it was done right, is high quality, and will hold up very well over time. I highly recommend Lace Construction. A+++++ work and work ethic!

The LACE construction team arrived on time and did a great job installing stair handrails in our home. Luis is knowledgeable and addressed any questions or concerns we had. He made sure we were fully satisfied with the services provided. Competitive pricing, professional and efficient. We will definitely hire for future projects and recommend to friends and family.

It was an outstanding experience for me to contract Lace Construction, LLC. The repairs across the house were of different types and complexities. In all cases, the works performed were professionally executed and completed on time. Since the begining, Luis diligently responded to my phone calls and texts, and in all opportunities, he provided valuable feedback to my needs. The work areas were acceptably maintained and left clean by the personnel. Needless to say that the price was very reasonable and the final cost did not bring any "surprises". Thank you, Lace Construction!
