I recently had a issue with my speakers on my computer not been able to play any sound. I tried to google the problem but after hours of trying to fix the problem I gave up. I called the geek squad and explained to me that I was one month out of my warranty. I asked what I would have to do to get the problem fixed. They explained to me that I would have to pay a diagnostic fee to look at my laptop and then I would have to wait a few days until the tech could look at it and get back to me. I told them that that was my laptop for work and I needed to be fixed that day. Tech told me that it would be at least 24-48 hours. I was stuck between a rock and a hard place. I tried to call around to other place but to no avail. Finally a friend told me about this new up and coming business called BSS. So I gave them a call and what do you know a few hours later my audio was finally back!!! They were so professional and very patient with me. But even better they were very affordable! I would recommend them to any and everyone that may have any problems with their electronics because they will get the job done effectively and efficiently! I can't thank Bogues Simple Solutions enough!!!!

I had major issues with my laptop during finals last month and the technician I worked with was so helpful and reassuring. I had my laptop back within no time and working super fast. They even returned it in a nice box with details on what was done and the tech's signature. My screen was even clean lol. Will definitely be doing more business with them soon.

My laptop computer died. Joshua was able to retrieve all of my files and save them on a flash drive. Thanks Josh you saved me from a lot of headache and heartache. I will use your service and recommend others too. What impressed me most was the time it took and his being able to retrieve all my files. I am a satisfied customer and will use Joshua's service anytime I have computer problems or need advice.
