Mark is so professional and very responsive. He always replies us back so quickly and always so patiently to answer all of our questions. What truly sets him apart from other inspectors is that he truly takes time to do the job. The house we were interested in had more problems than we thought and he almost spent 3 hours there to make sure all the details were documented! His report was so detailed and helped us negotiated for more credits from the seller. Also he didn’t just “disappear” after he submitted the report. He was very patiently to explain all the details and answered our questions. Truly truly amazing guy and we highly recommend him!
