- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a quick hourly based pricing tool on our website for new customers, which takes about 60 seconds to get an estimated price for your home. We offer some specials deals for first time customers $129 for 4-man hours $189 for 6-man hours $320 Move In / Move - Out for 8-man hours We also offer the lowest, flat-rate based pricing on the size of the home, for recurring customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss your cleaning needs, create a cleaning checklist, confirm your booking cost, and send out cleaning reminders. We arrive at your home with company logo cars, uniformed cleaners, and follow the detailed cleaning checklist. After we are done, will send or call to get your feedback, and update our note on your preferences. Payment (leaving check, PayPal, or Credit Card) is due on day of cleaning, and you may leave a credit card on file.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our maids through on boarding process, which includes verify their experience, training, and background checks. Our supervisor and management staff then ensure new hires shadow our existing teams, to obtain complete understanding of the cleaning process.
