Natalia and her crew were great! We hired them to do a one-time deep clean to our apartment, but after seeing their work— we will absolutely be hiring them for regular cleanings. They were professional, efficient, thorough and so friendly! We couldn’t be happier with the job they did. I truly look forward to seeing them again!

Details: 1 bedroom • 1 bathroom • Deep cleaning • Window cleaning (interior) • Oven cleaning • Baseboard cleaning • Pets in home • Just once

I’ve hired, and let go, of four cleaning companies in the past two years. Yes, I’m picky about the cleanliness and thoroughness of house cleaning services. I found Horizon on Thumbtack and I couldn’t be more pleased. The team is punctual but most importantly, they are thorough. They have a passion for cleaning and it shows. They don’t rush to get done and pay attention to details when cleaning each room. When they leave my home it is spotless! I have no complaints. Five-star service every time (so far).

Details: 3 bedrooms • 4 bathrooms • Standard cleaning • Fridge cleaning • Oven cleaning • No pets in home • Once a month

This is my second time using their service, and both experiences have been excellent. Natalia and her team are always punctual, professional, and attentive. They took the time to address all of my concerns without hesitation.

I’m very particular when it comes to cleaning and prefer a thorough job, including getting under furniture rather than just surface-level work. I really appreciate that they meet that standard consistently.

With a new baby on the way, having a reliable team I can trust has given me real peace of mind. Based on my experience so far, I’ve considered a weekly service.

Details: 4 bedrooms • 4 bathrooms • Standard cleaning • Window cleaning (interior) • Fridge cleaning • Baseboard cleaning • Basement cleaning • Pets in home • Every week
