- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing across the board. If you do reoccurring bookings we will offer a discount. Please ask us for that. The amount will vary based on home sizes and additional service add ons.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with clear communication to understand your needs, priorities, and the level of service required. Once everything is confirmed, we schedule a date and time that works best for you. Prior to the appointment, we send a reminder to confirm availability. On the day of service, we notify you when we’re on the way and upon arrival. After the cleaning is complete, we ask you to review our work. If you’re not home, we provide photos and videos for transparency before leaving. Once the service is finalized, an invoice is sent through the app to complete the booking.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is made up of professionals with prior experience in the residential cleaning industry. We carefully select cleaners who have hands-on knowledge of proper techniques, products, and safety standards, and we provide ongoing guidance to ensure consistent, high-quality results for every home.
